Delivery hours
We deliver every day from 8:00 to 23:00. At checkout you choose a 30-minute slot; for deliveries after 20:00, message us on WhatsApp. For next-day delivery the first slot is 11:00 — we spend the morning making your bouquet. Need it today? Message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm a time.

- We send you a photo of the finished bouquet before it leaves the shop.
- We hand it over in person; if the recipient is out, we let you know right away.

Do you deliver the same day?
Yes, in Alicante and nearby areas if you order in the morning. For a same-afternoon delivery, please confirm with us on WhatsApp first.

Yes. The card can go unsigned and we never disclose the sender’s details.
What if a flower is unavailable?
We substitute it with a similar one in colour and value. If you would rather be consulted first, say so when ordering.

Yes. We coordinate with reception or the concierge so the bouquet reaches the right person.
How do I know the bouquet has arrived?
You get a photo of the bouquet before it leaves and a message as soon as it is delivered.
