In-store pickup - free

Orders with cash on delivery for pickup in store are not accepted.

Orders with an in-store pickup shipping option will have a maximum period of 15 days to be picked up from the moment they receive the ORDER PREPARED WAITING FOR PICKUP message.

IT IS ESSENTIAL TO HAVE RECEIVED THE MESSAGE THAT THE ORDER IS READY FOR PICK-UP.

To pick up your order in store you must indicate its reference to the clerks.

Our store is located in Alicante, C/Colón 8, local.

We deliver every day from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. within the city of Alicante. 

Delivery cost: Delivery within the city of Alicante is free for orders of 60 EUR or more. For orders less than 60 EUR, the shipping cost is 7 EUR.

Punctual Delivery: Delivery is made at the agreed time (15 minute window), but we always try to deliver at the exact time if it is important for the recipient.

Before delivery, our courier contacts the recipient to arrange a convenient time for delivery of the bouquet.
